Stage design has many unique parameters that you need to follow. Not only these works come in at 5-10 stages of averaging 4minute motion pieces to be handled in a week or so, the motions and visual ideas has to fit the beat, and be specific to each song. It also has to be designed for the audiences live and sometimes also for the viewers on TV. It’s an intense process of communication, iteration and pushing the production logistics to work hard until the minute it goes on screen for millions of people to see.
